SECTION 1 — SERVICES
Uptown ATX Studio provides professional photography services in Austin, TX including executive portraits, team headshots, new hire systems, and individual studio sessions. Booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
SECTION 2 — PAYMENT
— 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date
— Balance due 7 days before session
— Late payments accrue 1.5%/month interest
— Accepted: credit/debit, ACH, business check
SECTION 3 — CANCELLATIONS
— 14+ days out: full refund minus $150 admin fee (deposit forfeited)
— 7–13 days out: 50% refund
— Under 7 days: no refund · one reschedule within 60 days
— Rescheduling: free once with 14+ days notice · $250 fee after that
SECTION 4 — COPYRIGHT & USAGE
— Uptown ATX Studio retains full copyright on all images
— Upon full payment, client receives unlimited license for: website, social media, print, press, internal use, paid ads
— Client may NOT resell, sublicense, or claim authorship
— Studio reserves right to use images for portfolio/marketing unless client requests otherwise in writing
SECTION 5 — DELIVERY
— Individual sessions: 48 hours standard · same-day rush available
— Team sessions: 7 business days
— Gallery access maintained for 90 days after delivery
— Client must select images within 7 days of gallery delivery
SECTION 6 — LIABILITY
— Studio liability limited to fees paid for that project
— Studio not liable for equipment failure, data loss, or circumstances beyond our control
— Client responsible for safe shooting environment
SECTION 7 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas.
